Alex completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, Melbourne. They have completed a Masters’ degree in Career Coaching at the University of East London. Alex is interested in working with young adults, adults, and couples, and has extensive experience in working with culturally diverse people. They are also fluent in French.
Alex is passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients and draws on a variety of therapies to achieve this. They have experience providing therapy to people with a range of conditions including Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders and Trauma-related disorders. Alex has interests in providing support for individuals and couples who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Alex works collaboratively with their clients to establish goals for therapy and tailor tools to ensure treatment plans are individualised. Alex adapts to their clients’ needs and provides opportunities for clients to find suitable strategies to achieve their intended goals.
Alex works Monday to Friday during regular work hours and is registered with Medicare as a provider of Psychology services. Clients will be eligible to obtain a rebate from Medicare or their health insurance providers, where applicable.
