Anna holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and has worked with children and adults across ACT, Victoria and Tasmania in a range of public and private settings. Anna has extensive experience working with adults who experience emotional difficulties such as relationship or interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjusting to life changes, and complex relational trauma.
Anna uses a strengths-based approach to support clients to make meaning of the thoughts and feelings that contribute to psychological and emotional distress. Using a collaborative and empathic therapeutic approach, Anna works with clients to find new, more adaptive ways of being. Anna draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies and has training in emotion-focussed therapy, schema therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed therapies that have a neurobiological underpinning.
Anna has a relaxed interpersonal style and brings warmth and authenticity to each session.
