Caitlin completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology at University of Canberra. During her training, she provided therapy at the University Psychology Clinic, a mental health community setting as well as private practice.
Her experience includes working with individuals and families, cognitive and psychological assessments, facilitating group programs and working with other health professionals to provide a holistic approach. Caitlin has worked at a Canberra based non-for-profit community organisation, providing psychological treatment to adults who are experiencing mental health disorders.
Caitlin is passionate about working with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress and interpersonal issues. Her approach is non-judgemental and compassionate. Caitlin believes the therapeutic relationship is of the upmost importance and therapy should be tailored to the needs of each client.
Caitlin primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in her practice.
