Caitlin holds a Master of Professional Psychology from the Australian National University and  related qualifications from the University of Melbourne and Monash University. She is a  Provisional Psychologist with experience working in non-for-profit organisations with clients  ranging from children to adults. Caitlin has experience working with culturally diverse clients  and clients who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Caitlin values creating a  non-judgmental space for all her clients and works within a trauma-informed framework to  address a broach range of psychological concerns.  

Caitlin has training and supervision in psychological techniques such as CBT, Unified Protocol  mindfulness and Motivational interviewing. She is also trained in a variety of psychological  assessments of children and adults. She has completed training health psychology and  believes in a holistic approach towards mental health. 

Caitlin values client-informed care, and an initial session with her involves creating a  connection and understanding of your experience. Your goals and needs will be identified  collaboratively before creating a treatment plan that will endeavor to help you meet the  outcome you want. Caitlin understands that change can be difficult, so approaches  counselling in a non-judgmental, open and empathic way.
