Hannah is a registered psychologist holding a Master of Professional Psychology from the Australian National University. Hannah has worked with a diverse range of clients to help them meet their goals. She is interested in working with older adolescents, young adults, and adults and has experience working with culturally diverse people and LGBTQIA+ clients.
Hannah has had training and supervision in many different psychological techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method, and Unified Protocol. She has training in health psychology and behaviour change to improve quality of life and build healthy habits. She also enjoys working with couples, or individuals who are experiencing relationship concerns.
Your first session with Hannah involves discussing your intentions regarding therapy, and is focused on establishing a connection with you. Then, together with you, she will build a picture of your goals and needs and work collaboratively to create a treatment plan. Hannah has an empathetic and non-judgmental approach and focuses on individualised client-centred care.
