Jessica is a registered Psychologist with experience working with adolescents and young adults. She studied a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with a Bachelor of Commerce at Macquarie University, and has spent the last few years working at various headspace centres in New South Wales. Jessica has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of common psychological difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem, and adjustment following life changes or adversities.

Jessica works with clients to adopt a style of treatment that fits their concerns, preference and aligns with their goals. Jessica has received training and supervision in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and uses these treatment modes frequently in her practice. 

Jessica is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental. She aims to build a genuine connection with her clients to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. She is passionate about helping clients obtain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and find strategies to assist in creating a rich and meaningful life. She looks forward to working with adolescents and adults. 

Jessica works Monday – Friday during work hours, however is flexible to meet before and after school/work if more suited to the client. (Jessica is registered with Medicare as a provider of Psychology services and as such clients will be eligible to obtain a rebate from Medicare or from their health insurance provider, where applicable. Jessica is a member of the Psychology Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.)
