Rhiannon is a Provisional Psychologist who holds a Master of Professional Psychology. Rhiannon takes a client-centred approach and values holding a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals. She approaches therapeutic interactions collaboratively, encouraging clients to work towards their goals in a way that is meaningful to them. Rhiannon is interested in working with adolescents and adults.

Rhiannon is receiving training and supervision for the therapeutic approaches of  Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Rhiannon has had some experience using strategies and techniques informed by Dialectal Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy. Rhiannon has worked with children and adolescents within a community setting, using a variety of assessment tools to formulate individual treatment plans based on the needs of her clients.

Rhiannon is passionate about providing evidence-based support to individuals who experience personal, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Rhiannon approaches therapy with an emphasis on building resilience and adding tools to the client’s toolbox to assist with coping and transitioning through difficult periods in their lives. She promotes the use of a holistic and trauma-informed framework to provide support to her clients to facilitate better mental wellbeing.
