IMPORTANT UPDATE

Changes to Booking Appointments:

On Tuesday 29 July 2021, Strategic Psychology moved to a new online booking system to address the current extended wait times for appointments. Our new booking system involves prepayment to confirm appointments which reduces the volume of pre-booked appointments and increases appointment availability. This change will lead to increased access to appointments and greater continuity of care for current clients.

Cancellation of appointments from 01 October 2021:

Transitioning to our new booking system will require appointments from 01 October 2021 to be cancelled, excluding clients booked in for their first 80min consultation or appointments already pre-paid using our new system. Cancellation of appointments scheduled from 01 October 2021 will occur on Wednesday 4th August. We have provided more than 8 weeks notice to minimise any inconvenience this may cause and invite you to use our new booking system from Thursday 5th August.

Our friendly staff will be in contact with you to confirm your first appointment using our new system. Your scheduled appointment time will remain the same.
