In this episode of Better Thinking, Nesh Nikolic speaks with Dr. Robyn Walser about using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals navigate and heal from trauma.

Robyn D Walser, PhD is a clinical psychologist with expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), having started to work in this treatment approach in 1991. She currently provides training, supervision, consultation and psychotherapy in the model.

Dr Robyn delivered her first ACT workshop in 1997 in Ireland and has been training around the world since, including online. Her workshops feature a combination of lecture and experiential exercises designed to provide a unique learning opportunity in this state-of-the-art intervention. She is often referred to as a “clinician’s clinician”.

Dr Robyn provides supervision and consultation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to clients’ needs and level of training.
