Dr. Kaitlin Harkess is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Senior Yoga Instructor who ispassionate about supporting individuals to cultivate healthful and meaningful lives. Kaitlin is particularly interested in integrative psychologyapproaches and completed PhD research exploring the practice of yoga as a tool to support individuals experiencing chronic stress and symptoms of anxiety and depression.
