Becky is a provisional psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University. She takes a warm, curious, and client-focused approach, creating a safe space where individuals can reflect, explore, and work toward meaningful change.
Her experience includes psychiatric inpatient settings and public brain injury assessment and rehabilitation, where she has supported clients through group therapy and individual interventions. Becky has a special interest in trauma and works in a way that responds to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.
She draws on a wide range of evidence-based interventions, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and incorporates elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), schema therapy, underpinned by strengths-based approaches. In particular, she integrates values-based action from ACT throughout her work, supporting clients to connect with what matters most to them and take meaningful steps forward.
Becky’s therapeutic style is grounded in deliberate practice, which means clients can expect a flexible, client-led experience that is also structured, intentional, and guided by clear goals.
Becky works with clients 17+.
