Jose offers a range of psychotherapy options tailored to individual needs, drawing from a wide array of therapeutic methods including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused interventions. His work is grounded in empathy and respect, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel respected and understood, and can explore their challenges and develop lasting strategies for growth.
Jose holds a Bachelor of Clinical Psychology from Nicaragua (South America) and is also fluent in Spanish. He is passionate about helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and move towards greater emotional wellbeing.
