Mayara works with adults and young people facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship or family difficulties. She has a particular interest in grief and loss, supporting clients through some of life’s hardest moments with warmth and empathy.
Her therapeutic approach is gentle yet practical, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with psychodynamic insight to help clients make sense of their experiences and build lasting emotional resilience.
Mayara believes therapy is a space for connection, reflection, and growth – a place where clients can feel safe to explore, heal, and rediscover their strengths.
