Annie is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology)(Honours). Annie has experience working within the occupational rehabilitation space, and has worked with a variety of client presentations including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, and stress. Working with clients from a range of different backgrounds, she has particular experience in working with first responders and government agencies.

Annie possesses a strong interest and experience in working with neurodivergent clients. She is dedicated to helping clients comprehend their diagnoses, explore the unique aspects of their diversity, and develop effective communication strategies tailored to their support needs.

Annie has a client-centred approach and collaborates with her clients in areas such as adjustment to change, goal setting and building routines. She values and supports long term sustainable change, conflict resolution, resilience building, distress tolerance, and the implementation of positive coping strategies.

Annie aims to create an environment for her clients that is comfortable, compassionate, and non-judgemental. She utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
