Jenni is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with over 30 years of diverse professional experience, primarily in South Africa, where she established and led a successful private practice for more than three decades. She has worked across private practice, telehealth, and multidisciplinary settings, and more recently within Australia across Medicare-funded services, organisational programs, and professional training.
Jenni works primarily with adults, offering individual and couples therapy. She has extensive experience supporting clients with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, alcohol dependence, life transitions, workplace stress, and self-esteem. She has a particular interest in helping clients navigate complex relational dynamics and periods of significant change.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. She draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), and Parts work (IFS and Gestalt) within systemic, attachment-informed frameworks.
In her couples work, she incorporates Imago Therapy to support deeper connection, understanding, and communication. Jenni is known for her calm, grounded presence and her ability to hold complexity with clarity and care. She offers a steady, containing therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges with both support and direction, helping them move beyond insight toward meaningful, lasting change. She works collaboratively with clients to deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and support more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others.
