Sean is a Registered Psychologist. He completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours) at Charles Sturt University and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Sean supports adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, and workplace concerns. He has worked with clients in a range of clinical settings. With a background in employment-related roles, Sean understands how injuries, health concerns, and workplace challenges can impact wellbeing and daily life.

Sean takes a collaborative, respectful, and practical approach to therapy. He creates a welcoming space where clients can talk about their challenges. Together, they set realistic goals and find practical ways to make positive changes.

Sean’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practice. He mainly uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. He tailors treatment to each client, since everyone’s needs are different.

Sean believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective therapy. He values working alongside clients to understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and help them make changes that align with their values.

Sean works with clients aged 18+.
